Ace Conover, a visionary passionate about quality HVAC service, founded our company in 1975. With his expertise and commitment, Ace began growing a business that would eventually become the standard of excellence in the HVAC industry.

Over the next 25 years, Conover Heating & Air would expand to an operation of nine service trucks, all dedicated to providing quality heating and cooling solutions to the Park Cities and DFW area.

A Family Tradition

In 2000, the Conover legacy was passed onto Randy Sr., who continued to uphold the high standards set by his father. Then, in 2022, the company reins were handed over to Randy Jr.

Our close-knit team includes Randy Jr., his aunt (Ace’s daughter) Cheryl, office manager Melissa, and three skilled service technicians. Each team member brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
