I cannot say enogh great things about Conover Air! Their quality of service and thier superior communicaiton is amazing! It is more than just my AC people but the relationship they also bring…won’t relaly find better in Dallas in my mind and I am a realtor!!!!

Conover heating and air conditioning has always given us excellent service for 30 years. Our air conditioner was on the Fritz this weekend and Monday morning bright and early here was Rupert. He was bright, cheerful, and ready to go to work. He explained what he was going to do. He ask only the questions he needed to know exactly what the problem was. He ran some tests found the problem an explained what was needed. He was polite and told us what was needed to do repairs. He explained the cost . And made sure we understood everything. We will use Conover again if needed.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mom’s heater went out recently and we reached out to Conover Heating and Air. Rupert immediately came out to see if there was anything he can do. Due to the age of the unit, sadly, it wasn’t worth fixing it and the a/c’s freon is no longer produced. The only option was a whole new unit, which we knew we would eventually have to replace it. Rupert went above and beyond to keep me up to date throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and listening to our concerns. Today, they installed my mom’s new units and we are beyond grateful for their professionalism throughout the installation process. We highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. I know that everyone’s experiences and circumstances are different but after reading a bad review I wanted to add that we have been Conover customers for almost 15 years and have never had an issue. I find the servicer to be top notch. Although, we have never had to have a whole new system installed, we have had various work done over the years to keep our system in good working order and I could not be more pleased with the service we receive.

After posting my review, I noticed that the location defaulted to San Francisco for some reason. I am a customer who lives in Far North Dallas.

My A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer. I just knew the unit would need replacing because it was so old. I called Conover and they were able to fix it with just a small part. They had the part on hand and it was up and running in just a few minutes. Every time I’ve needed them, they have been so friendly and respectful.

Great experience with Conover A/C. The process was professional and timely. I had dreaded this replacement in my older Lakewood home, but they made it easy with a very fair price and quick installation. I highly recommend them.
