My family has been using Conover Heating & Air since their grandfather started the business 50+ years ago. Through each generation, the service has been wonderful. This family not only brings great skill to customer, it also brings caring, sincerity, honesty and concern for keeping costs down. Because of this oversight, each of our compressors has lasted 18+ years! Great service + cost concern = wonderful care.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mom’s heater went out recently and we reached out to Conover Heating and Air. Rupert immediately came out to see if there was anything he can do. Due to the age of the unit, sadly, it wasn’t worth fixing it and the a/c’s freon is no longer produced. The only option was a whole new unit, which we knew we would eventually have to replace it. Rupert went above and beyond to keep me up to date throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and listening to our concerns. Today, they installed my mom’s new units and we are beyond grateful for their professionalism throughout the installation process. We highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Our heat was not working and Conover sent someone out right away. Rupert was very friendly and professional and quickly found the issue and fixed it.

Repairman remembered from last time and was so pleased that it took a new filter and the power switch ( to fix the problem) only. He could not have been more accommodating !

Conover father and founder came out to my house 38 yrs ago on a sweltering July Sunday afternoon to fix my air conditioning! I was worried an infant son. What a a gracious gentleman he was! Then Randy took over and we became great friends. Randy Jr. began to help out and learn the biz, when not seriously fishing. lol. We would talk about our children and what else was going on. When Jr. “took over” he hired an expert to full in. I must say that St. and Jr. had the GIFT of gab! They never met a stranger! On to the fabulous office staff, Cheryl and Nita! They kept Conover running! Yes, more family, sister and wife of Randy #1! Always personal care. They are all simply the best! They are my friends! Now that infant I mentioned is 38 with a newborn son of his own! Circle of life.❤️
I had a great experience with Conover. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly helpful and informative. They took the time to explain what was going on with our system and offered practical solutions without any pressure. I really appreciated their professionalism and how thorough they were. We needed to have two units serviced on our house that was for sale. We called and they took my info and got right back with me to schedule for the next day. Everyone was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service from Cheryl in the office to Rupert who came to provide the service. He was extremely thorough. Everyone was great with communication as well. I highly recommend!!
