OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mom’s heater went out recently and we reached out to Conover Heating and Air. Rupert immediately came out to see if there was anything he can do. Due to the age of the unit, sadly, it wasn’t worth fixing it and the a/c’s freon is no longer produced. The only option was a whole new unit, which we knew we would eventually have to replace it. Rupert went above and beyond to keep me up to date throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and listening to our concerns. Today, they installed my mom’s new units and we are beyond grateful for their professionalism throughout the installation process. We highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
