My family has been using Conover Heating & Air since their grandfather started the business 50+ years ago. Through each generation, the service has been wonderful. This family not only brings great skill to customer, it also brings caring, sincerity, honesty and concern for keeping costs down. Because of this oversight, each of our compressors has lasted 18+ years! Great service + cost concern = wonderful care.
We needed to have two units serviced on our house that was for sale. We called and they took my info and got right back with me to schedule for the next day. Everyone was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service from Cheryl in the office to Rupert who came to provide the service. He was extremely thorough. Everyone was great with communication as well. I highly recommend!!
Conover heating and air conditioning has always given us excellent service for 30 years. Our air conditioner was on the Fritz this weekend and Monday morning bright and early here was Rupert. He was bright, cheerful, and ready to go to work. He explained what he was going to do. He ask only the questions he needed to know exactly what the problem was. He ran some tests found the problem an explained what was needed. He was polite and told us what was needed to do repairs. He explained the cost . And made sure we understood everything. We will use Conover again if needed.
