Conover Air and Heat did a fantastic job from start to finish. Rupert was the technician who came out, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knows his work inside and out. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything he was doing—no guesswork, no vague answers, just clear and detailed information. Rupert went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to come across service like this, and it made a big difference. I highly recommend Conover Air and Heat, and especially Rupert, if you’re looking for honest, high-quality work done right the first time. This is very much appreciated on a day when the high is going into the 90s.
Conover father and founder came out to my house 38 yrs ago on a sweltering July Sunday afternoon to fix my air conditioning! I was worried an infant son. What a a gracious gentleman he was! Then Randy took over and we became great friends. Randy Jr. began to help out and learn the biz, when not seriously fishing. lol. We would talk about our children and what else was going on. When Jr. “took over” he hired an expert to full in. I must say that St. and Jr. had the GIFT of gab! They never met a stranger! On to the fabulous office staff, Cheryl and Nita! They kept Conover running! Yes, more family, sister and wife of Randy #1! Always personal care. They are all simply the best! They are my friends! Now that infant I mentioned is 38 with a newborn son of his own! Circle of life.❤️

The Conover repair man arrived as scheduled. The dispatcher called twice just to let me know his ETA. Once here Rupert checked out the situation with my air conditioner, found the problem and gave me choices of service. He fixed the problem and did not pressure me to do extra. The price was reasonable. He was friendly and a hard worker. He appears to enjoy his job.

Awesome company. They replaced our ac a year ago and although there have been a couple of times we had an issue they immediately came out and took care of it for us. I would definitely recommend them.
Always great work!!! On time and great people working for them. Rupert and assistant came and did what needed to be done!! Feel better knowing the AC’s are in shape for rest of summer!!!
