Our Heating unit just blew up and Rupert and his son came over right on time. Lovely to deal with, very friendly, explained everything to me, patted my dogs, and tried his very best to come up with an affordable solution! Sherryl at reception also fantastic to deal with. Would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone!

Heat was not working. I called. They were out that day! Ordered the part and they were out again in two days to install the part. The heat is working now! Always positive things to say about Conover.

The Conover repair man arrived as scheduled. The dispatcher called twice just to let me know his ETA. Once here Rupert checked out the situation with my air conditioner, found the problem and gave me choices of service. He fixed the problem and did not pressure me to do extra. The price was reasonable. He was friendly and a hard worker. He appears to enjoy his job.

Efficient service, now documenting findings with photos on invoice, which was sent by email. Easy to download and save to virtual files for future reference. Highly recommend!
