Conover heating and air conditioning has always given us excellent service for 30 years. Our air conditioner was on the Fritz this weekend and Monday morning bright and early here was Rupert. He was bright, cheerful, and ready to go to work. He explained what he was going to do. He ask only the questions he needed to know exactly what the problem was. He ran some tests found the problem an explained what was needed. He was polite and told us what was needed to do repairs. He explained the cost . And made sure we understood everything. We will use Conover again if needed.

I have used this company for years and they are the only ones I will ever trust for a/c and heating issues. They don’t automatically want to to buy a new unit. They will trouble shoot an issue and if it can be fixed, they will fix it! I cannot say enough good things about Conover Heating & Air.

We needed to have two units serviced on our house that was for sale. We called and they took my info and got right back with me to schedule for the next day. Everyone was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service from Cheryl in the office to Rupert who came to provide the service. He was extremely thorough. Everyone was great with communication as well. I highly recommend!!
