The Conover repair man arrived as scheduled. The dispatcher called twice just to let me know his ETA. Once here Rupert checked out the situation with my air conditioner, found the problem and gave me choices of service. He fixed the problem and did not pressure me to do extra. The price was reasonable. He was friendly and a hard worker. He appears to enjoy his job.
I was recommended Conover three years ago during the cold snap in 2021 when my heating system went down. They responded quickly and professional and at a reasonable cost. And they had my house up and running in no time. Ever since then, they are proving to be very responsive and professional, maintaining and improving my system as needed, at a reasonable costs.
Heat was not working. I called. They were out that day! Ordered the part and they were out again in two days to install the part. The heat is working now! Always positive things to say about Conover.

Awesome company. They replaced our ac a year ago and although there have been a couple of times we had an issue they immediately came out and took care of it for us. I would definitely recommend them.
